Michelle was sick in bed today. I slept for 12 hours to fight this thing off as well. I had a final bit of gear to purchase from Caminoteca. The L04 was an easy 15 minute journey to find a cooling towel. Hopefully 15 Euros is worth it. The plan in when dying in the future heat of the Camino Frances, this towel and some water will provide some needed cooling. time will tell.
Before heading home I grabbed my first Spanish sourced Felafel. It was great. The L04 helped me get home and enjoy an afternoon of cooling weather awaiting some significant rain.
