I was still a little panicked about our extra stuff. Paying 500 Euros for professional bag storage was nuts. I wanted to head to Guinn's Irish Pub and ask the owner Brian if I could store a bag with him. Today was the day.
It worked will with the 3 PM Dental Cleaning Michelle and I booked earlier. It was so nice to see Brian again. He gave me his full attention and said no problem to storing our bag. I was surprised he offered to do so for free. I insisted I was going to give him 100 Euros for his services. I immediately felt such a release of stress. All that is needed now is a bag or suitcase to store out stuff.
The Nice guy from Norway and his friendly Dog were out front. It was nice to reconnect with him and share our recent adventures. Walking back in time for a quick lunch and cleanup provided at least 10,000 steps even before 1:30 PM.
Our Dentist Office staff was happy to see us. The cleanings here are a little different than what I am used to. The Ultrasonic machine was pretty strong zapping me on the lip with an electrical shock. The water was all over the place like a power wash. After the initial process there was a polish as usual followed by an antiseptic dispensed along the gum line from a syringe. It was kinda nice. As my teeth stain easily, my hygienist insisted on another polish to make things whiter. Cool. The hygienist mentioned although they were pretty happy about Holy Week coming up and having the week off, she was a little stressed out having a young niece in the hospital with a stomach issue. After my cleaning I felt compelled to give her a reassuring hug which she really appreciated.
I warned Michelle the process was a little different and prepare for a soaking. She really appreciated the warning. Soon she also was done and for 50 Euros each we were ready to roll with a little less weight to carry lol.
Sorry no pics
